Hello
Hey! I'm a writer-speaker-coach-pastor type of person. Also, I'm a Seminary student because I can't say no to learning. I'm an ordained minister with 14 years of pastoral experience (including church planting in downtown Iowa City, IA). In my ministry fellowship, I serve as a sectional presbyter and the team lead for the Iowa Network of Women Ministers.

I got my B.A. in English and Religion from the University of Iowa and then went on to get a Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the Rainier Writing Workshop in Tacoma, WA. I'm also a coach certified in the International Coaching Federation's Core Competencies, and I'm passionate about helping leaders get to the finish line in one piece--i.e. not burning out, falling apart, or imploding as they run toward the goal.

I've been married to Mark for 25 years and am mom to three daughters. I love reading, theology, musical theatre, organic vegetables, crocheting baby blankets, and my Goldendoodle Wynnie.

Whether I do it through writing, preaching, coaching or coffee dates, I feel like I'm in exactly the right place when I'm helping others to see God's activity in their lives and in the world around them.
